Ivan Higgs - Managing Director
I am a high performing commercially focused Portfolio Finance Director with a proven track record of adding value to fast paced, growing businesses both financially and operationally.
I have over 18 years’ experience working in the housing industry and I command a wealth of experience having held Finance Director roles both in the Division and Group across four large house builders.
I have worked with lots of SMEs offering Portfolio Finance Director services to various businesses in the construction industry covering house builders, contractors, groundworkers, brick barons and cleaners.
I am passionate about supporting businesses through my knowledge and experience to grow. If I have knowledge I will share it, if I'm unsure I'll make sure I find out and I will always give you my honest opinion.

CIMA Member in Practice
I am a CIMA Member in Practice. As a Chartered Management Accountant I am allowed to work in practice as a portfolio Finance Director under the supervision of CIMA. To qualify for this I have to prove my experience and knowledge annually to CIMA.
